Lin Lan Chih noticed early on that Taiwanese food was underrepresented in the area and wanted to share the delicious tastes and flavors of her hometown Wan Luan in Pingtung in southern Taiwan -- a place famous for their Wan Luan Pork Hock. For over 10 years, Taiwan Cafe has been a family restaurant owned and operated by her daughter and her son-in-law, preserving authentic Taiwanese flavors through their various dishes.
